Project Management

For a project it was established that: activity A requires 2 weeks (immediate predecessors: none); activity B requires 3 weeks (immediate predecessors: none); activity C requires 2 weeks (immediate predecessors: A,B); activity D requires 4 weeks (immediate predecessors: B); activity E requires 3 weeks (immediate predecessors: C); activity F requires 2 weeks (immediate predecessors: D,E).

After the network diagram (A) was set up (time scope of 10 weeks), an overview for the feasibility to crash each of the activity and its related costs was created. Based on those two overviews, a new network diagram (B) was created to establish the possibility to finish the project within 8 weeks
